After spending over a decade in the corporate world, a personal health crisis forced me to slow down and take a hard look at what health really meant. That season changed my perspective and ultimately led me to become a health coach.
Today, I'm passionate about helping people create realistic, sustainable habits that support their well-being...without chasing perfection or relying on quick fixes.
I believe health is about so much more than what you eat or how much you exercise. It's about feeling supported, understanding what works for your unique life, and learning how to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
