What health coaching isn’t…
Health coaching complements medical and mental health care but isn’t a replacement for them. I don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or supplements, provide therapy, or create individualized meal or fitness plans.
What I do offer is partnership and support as you make meaningful, lasting changes to your health. Together we focus on building realistic habits, creating clarity around your goals, strengthening motivation, and staying accountable so you can follow through in a way that fits your real life.
